1. Broughton Sheboygan Marsh Park Campground

This small campground is located to the south of Chilton and is within easy reach of the nearby Sheboygan Marsh State Wildlife Area, a great place to enjoy birdwatching, canoeing, hiking, or fishing. The campground is located right on the marsh, making it an excellent place for kayaking, with waterways to explore that connect as far as the Sheboygan River.

However, be aware that the marsh is sometimes drained to simulate drought conditions making it impassable for kayakers, so check before you go. Otherwise, the campsite offers 62 sites suitable for both tents and RVs and with full electrical hookups and amenities.

2.  Camp 10 Campground

This family-owned campground offers over 20 acres of beautiful woodland and grassland and secluded campsites, located near Reedsville, WI. The campground includes many fun activities to keep you and your family entertained during your stay.

A swimming pond with a sandy beach is available where you can play beach volleyball or relax by the water. There is also a golf course on site. The campground is perfect for RVs or trailers, with 89 sites available that can be easily reserved online. Visit Camp 10 Campground as soon as you can!

High Cliff State Park is a great spot to go to appreciate the beauty of Lake Winnebago, where it is situated close by to the town of Sherwood, WI. Visitors can hike through the extensive woodland, fish on Lake Winnebago or the smaller Butterfly pond within the park, or enjoy picnicking and swimming by the lake.

Visitors can camp at either the family or the group campsites, the former of which offers 112 sites, of which 32 have electrical hookups, and two are accessible. The campsites include a shower block with flushing toilets for the use of guests and a recycling and dumping center that is free to use for all campers.

4. Calumet County Park

An alternative campground that is also situated on Lake Winnebago, Calumet County Park is a smaller park, at just over 230 acres, and is a great option if you want to escape the crowds. The park features a playground, volleyball court picking areas, and a shelter that can be rented by groups.

There is also a modern, well-equipped boat launch facility available so can enjoy boating on the lake with ease. Of the 71 campsites available, 63 have electrical outlets, and most of the padded sites can accommodate large RVs up to 40 feet long.
